DESIGN LAB QUALITY OF CARE

Research teams of the Amsterdam UMC and TU Delft have joined forces to collaborate on the development of healthcare. The Design Labs demonstrate the great value design processes can have in improving our current healthcare. Instead of developing it from a quantitative perspective, design processes enable a qualitative approach based on user research, such as mapping patient journeys. This allows creating a better patient experience and possibilities for shared decision making.
